Position: Jr-Mid Systems Administrator (Intune + Azure)
Rate: 28-31/hr on W2
Location: Miami, FL
Length: 1-2 Year Contract with potential to hire full time!
Onsite Requirements: Must work onsite 5 days a week
Project Details:
Main project this person is working on will be endpoint services modernization. Ideally, best candidate has worked on both on prem and modernization of Intune. This team is more device focused but needs candidates more focused on windows focused and device management in Windows
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Living mostly within the Entra Portal, 365, Azure AD, Intune, how to sync to the cloud, conditional access policies. Developing ideas or how to get something to work. Windows side. Legacy imaging, Microsoft tool kit, image files, Intune is a big one. Doing mostly maintaining of the current environment and some developing of the Intune environment but the more senior candidates will be doing the configurations and this person will be following along with how the confirmations are done.

Job Description:
IT Systems Administrator (Specializing in enterprise device management)
Project Execution / Analytical Thinking / Problem Solving
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Windows and Linux systems.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Assist in improving features and services that are operationalized in Intune of both physical and virtual environments.
- Administer enterprise OS deployment and device management platforms (MDT, Tanium, Intune, JAMF, etc.) for installing, deploying, updating, and monitoring endpoint devices, providing a secure, stable and productive computing resource.
- Automate aspects of the device lifecycle including deploying and maintaining software, distributing policies and settings along with analyzing resulting data.
- Ensure proper JAMF Pro integration with Intune for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Providing problem analysis and issue resolution in a timely manner while meeting resolution SLAs
- Respond to situations where standard procedures have failed in isolating or fixing a problem and troubleshoot as required.
- Work on continued improvement and automation opportunities on internal processes
- Update any solution designs, technical documents, and diagrams of systems for assigned projects
- Troubleshoots hardware, system, and application issues
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with platform SME’s to provide comprehensive support of the Microsoft Azure cloud computing services platform, focusing specifically on the endpoint experience.
- Installs, configures, and maintains computing infrastructure, operating systems, and middleware products on all end user computing devices
- The position is responsible for managing of all aspects of software deployment in the enterprise end user environment. This responsibility primarily includes application automation, development, and orchestration around: unassisted installs and updates.
- Evaluates, implements, and modifies operating system software parameters and product solutions for optimum performance
- Providing problem analysis and issue resolution in a timely manner while meeting resolution SLAs
- Respond to situations where standard procedures have failed in isolating or fixing a problem and root cause analysis and advanced critical thinking skills are required.
- Work on continued improvement and automation opportunities on internal processes
- Update any solution designs, technical documents, and diagrams of systems for assigned projects
- Troubleshoots hardware, system, and application issues
