Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Information Technology, Digital, and Security Operations, ensuring robust IT security and compliance with established policies.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement state-of-the-art technology solutions.
- Stay informed on industry advancements, particularly in software, hardware, and AI technologies, and lead initiatives to explore AI applications.
- Manage the deployment and upkeep of technology infrastructure and oversee server management to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with finance teams to formulate and oversee the annual IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology procurement.
- Implement IT and Digital strategies that align with organizational objectives while fostering interdepartmental collaboration.
- Mentor department leaders, providing guidance to enhance their professional growth.
- Assist with various projects and support the Management Council with technology-related needs as required.
Required Skills
- Strong advocate for user experience with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven attention to detail and the capability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of IT hardware, software, and security principles across multiple operating systems.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience managing various aspects of Information Technology.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience leading software development teams and knowledge of AI technologies in a media context.
