IT Service Management Process Lead looking for a high-impact role identifying, developing, assessing, and validating IT processes that adhere to risk management and compliance standards. Who you are:
- 8+ years of IT experience with significant experience conducting assessments, designing processes, implementing, and maintaining IT Service Management
- Expertise with Jira Service Desk or ServiceNow ITSM tooling
- Collaborative, independent, and clear communicator with passion for ITSM
- A big plus if you are ITIL Certified and a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems/technology, or similar
What you'll do:
- Assist with establishing and managing the IT Process Risk Assessment Oversight Program, ensuring IT processes meet risk management and compliance standards; maintain the complete lifecycle for ITSM processes
- Develop, assess, and validateIT processes and performance metrics; manage the complete lifecycle of ITSM processes; track and reportservice performance levels (SLAs, KPIs, KRIs)
- Utilize industry-leading standards, practices and frameworks to determine ITSM processes design and/or improvement and escalate deficiencies as needed
- Support continuous improvementinitiatives by partnering with IT Operations groups and assist with developing performance metrics and measurement tools.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
