INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for and leads the implementation, programming, system maintenance and training for business systems and technology solutions across multiple business units. Collaborates and assists with department operations across multiple business units. Responsible for creating, evaluating, and distributing various reports on multiple systems, specifically focused on digital applications and automation. The Business System Administrator III safeguards critical systems and assets, develops robust solutions, implements new software, and plays a key role in shaping GreenState's digital strategy. The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about digital technology and applying their skills and expertise to drive technology advancement forward in this space.

Salary range for this position is $119,078.70 - $159,375.58 with a progressive benefit package.
Responsibilities
Performs essential duties and responsibilities in the following areas which may include but are not limited to those listed and are subject to change.
Adheres to the Credit Union's core values and Service Standards in conducting GreenState's
mission and vision.Demonstrates a positive member service (internal and external) focus at all times.Demonstrates teamwork in all interactions with coworkers and in the completion of all duties and
responsibilities.Ensures confidentiality of member information.Supports a diverse and inclusive work environment.Adheres to all state, federal and credit union regulations, policies and guidelines.Maintain essential IT infrastructure that includes security tools, applications, servers, email
systems, and other components of the digital ecosystem.Leads the setup, implementation, management, programming, training, modification,
troubleshooting and ongoing administration of technology solutions.Enables faster and smarter business processes and develops analytics for meaningful insights.Leads the management, implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing administration of thirdparty websites that support the departmental business operations.Perform administration tasks (ex: user/group, security permissions, group policies, print services);
research event-log warnings and errors; and monitor resources to ensure that systems
architecture components work together seamless.Programs any custom work and writes reports as needed.Ensures departmental systems meet regulatory compliance and internal policies.Communicates process changes, enhancements, and modifications - verbally or through written
documentation - to management, peers, staff, and other employees so that technology issues and
solutions within departments are understood.Conducts research, review, and analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes
and develops strategies for enhancement.Creates, modifies, and removes user access users for various departmental systems.Conducts training on software/new systems for the organization as needed.
Qualifications
College degree required (Computer Science degree or other STEM major preferred)Minimum 10 years of system administration, IT or related experience required.Experience in project management, application design and integration, and cloud computing
preferred.Experience working with digital customer facing applications in a technical capacity required
(analysis, administration, engineering)Must be self-driven with a high ability for technical aptitude and independent ownership.Willingness to work flexible hours to accomplish workload. During periods of peak demand and at
other times, job will require a non-traditional workweek with extra hours including evening and/or
weekend duties.Experience with Q2 (or other digital platforms) preferred.Working knowledge of PC hardware, software and systems; SQL script; reporting tools; technical
aptitude; and a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office.Accuracy and attention to detail required with a basic understanding of statistical analysis.
Interpersonal skills to represent the Credit Union in a positive way during member and vendor
contact.Ability to provide quality service to co-workers, vendors and members by phone or in person.Ability to deal tactfully and efficiently with employees, members and co-workers in a professional
manner.Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and outside
vendors.Ability to prioritize assignments and organize work efficiently, to handle large volumes of details.Ability to communicate with members of multiple departments regarding their software needs and
tailor systems and train accordingly.Ensure effective change management and document configuration.Must be bondable.
Reporting Relationship
This position reports to the IT Director of Analysis and Administration
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position is not responsible for the supervision of others.
