Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain a scalable IT infrastructure, supporting hardware, software, network, and security systems across multiple teams.
- Manage specialized network systems in collaboration with external contractors.
- Oversee the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware selection, configuration, purchasing, access control, and inventory management.
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers, along with employee laptops running Linux, Windows, and macOS.
- Monitor, configure, and maintain internal and external network infrastructure, including wired, wireless, and VPN setups.
- Apply industry-standard IT and cybersecurity best practices to ensure robust security measures are in place.
- Assist in managing cloud computing services, such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Oversee the organization’s suite of SaaS tools and services to meet the needs of cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant IT regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an IT support role (ideally with some leadership experience)
- Proven expertise with diverse operating systems, networking technologies, and cloud/SaaS services (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace, Office 365, Asana, Slack, AWS, and Azure).
- Demonstrated responsiveness, reliability, creative problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and macOS hardware and software.

- Compensation: The base salary for this role is $85,000 - $125,000, depending on experience. This position also includes a performance-based bonus and equity options.
