We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator with expertise in HP Aruba APs and switches, Zscaler ZIA/ZPA/ZDX and Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient network operations across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Aruba access points and switches, ensuring optimal network performance.
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Zscaler cloud security solutions to enforce Internet security and access policies.
Implement and manage Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN for secure, scalable connectivity across remote locations.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot network issues, and resolve outages in a timely manner.
Ensure network security protocols are enforced and up to date with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement network changes and enhancements.
Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, operations and processes.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users as necessary.
Stay updated on the latest network technologies and best practices to enhance network operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
5+ years of experience in network administration with a focus on Aruba APs, Aruba switches, Zscaler, and Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN.
Proven experience with network security technologies and protocols.
Experience with wireless network infrastructure, specifically Aruba APs.
Familiarity with cloud-based security solutions, particularly Zscaler.
Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions, particularly Palo Alto Prisma.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Certifications
Aruba Certified Switching Professional (ACSP) or equivalent.
Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP) or equivalent.
Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) or equivalent.
