Winery Manager Qualifications And Requirements
- Strong team leadership with the ability to train/coach a team of 10+ direct reports
- Wine-making experience - particularly someone with production team experience with an understanding of sanitation/safety processes
- Oversee all aspects of winery operations, including production and cellar management
- Coordinate harvesting, crushing, fermentation, blending, and bottling processes
- Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to promotional event
- Familiarity with wine production and sales compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Viticulture, Oenology, or Business Management a plus
