Our company is looking for a seasoned and forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to steer our technology strategy and operations. The CTO will play a critical role in defining the technological direction, leading our IT teams, and ensuring alignment between our technical capabilities and business goals. We seek a dynamic leader with in-depth knowledge of the IT consultancy landscape, especially within the Energy & Utility, Public Sector, and Healthcare industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and implement the company's technology strategy to support business objectives.
- Lead and develop a diverse team of IT professionals, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous growth.
- Oversee the design and deployment of COTS solutions, ensuring high scalability and performance.
- Partner strategically with OEMs like SAS Institute, Hyland, AWS Cloud, Oracle Cloud, and Azure to drive impactful solutions.
- Manage the integration of advanced technologies, ensuring successful execution of IT projects across the Energy & Utility, Public Sector, and Healthcare domains.
- Champion the adoption of Lean Six Sigma practices and project management best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SOC2, maintaining robust security across platforms.
- Advise the executive team on emerging technology trends and innovations relevant to our business.
- Drive initiatives in cloud migration, CRM optimization, and data management strategies.
- Oversee internal IT functions, including technical support for call centers and compliance management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years in IT leadership roles, including at least 5 years in a CTO or equivalent executive position.
- Extensive experience in the Energy & Utility, Public Sector, and Healthcare sectors.
- Strong expertise in COTS solutions, cloud infrastructure, CRM systems, and data management.
- Background collaborating with OEMs like SAS Institute, Hyland, AWS, Oracle, and Azure.
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma and project management methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to innovate and lead change in a fast-paced, client-centered setting.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
- Strong understanding of PMO processes and data management.
