Tasks/Aufgaben
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Global Product Manager for Cybersecurity Certification for the Division Business Assurance.
Main focus areas include the development and streamlining of standards based Cybersecurity Certification Services like ISO 27001, TISAX, ISO 42001 etc.,
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Define product/service requirements based on market research, customer needs, and industry trends.
Define a clear product/service roadmap, customer needs, pilot customer identification & roll-out and global product/service roll-out based on customer feedback
Manage the product/service lifecycle, from inception to launch and ongoing maintenance.
Streamlining of existing cybersecurity certification related services for division Business Assurance and build/maintain a network of auditors for service delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (TÜV SÜD Cybersecurity Office) to develop and support execution of the strategic vision for cybersecurity services
Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about the latest cybersecurity market trends and technologies
Participate (Self & Enable Team) in relevant external standards working groups and regulatory committees to stay up to date on the latest standards
Drive product/services success by setting clear program rules and ensuring consistency
Monitor key metrics related to performance and customer satisfaction.
Support the cybersecurity trainings product manager in development and enhancement of cybersecurity training related services
Provide technical guidance to stakeholders, including auditors and executives.
Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Qualifications/Qualifikationen
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Deep dive knowledge on current and future cybersecurity regulatory frameworks and relevant norms
Knowledge of Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) business
Deep dive understanding of the regulatory/standards processes (example: representation in the ad-hoc expert groups and advisory committees) and political processes at German, European and global level
Industry insight, future development and understanding of decision-making processes in the industry
Market know-how of cybersecurity and tech industry with focus on regulations
EDUCATION:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master s a plus).
EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience in product management, preferably in the cybersecurity domain
Strong skills and solid experience in advocacy, regulations, and standards
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product features
Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience of working with Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) or technology industry is a plus
