TITLE: Gainsight Administrator
LOCATION: Mountain View, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 months
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the configuration, modification, implementation, testing and support of GainSight. You will work closely with the regional business process owners, Product Owner and Engineering team to understand the business needs to provide new capabilities and functionality, resolve issues and ensure standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
• Be the Tier 2 support for all aspects of Gainsight.
• Work with business users to resolve system issues within agreed-to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Prepare and maintain the documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Assist with major patch releases and code changes to the production environment including regression and user acceptance testing
• Proficient in implementing systems changes in Gainsight including Creating New Objects and Fields, Building Rule Automations, Configuring Company/Relationship Page Layouts, Configuring Integrations, Configuring CTAs/Playbooks/Success Plans, Managing Permission Sets, Timeline Configurations etc.
• Implement and manage regional new features and enhancements by working closely with Product owner, Engineering, and vendor to ensure Gainsight meets business objectives.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in GS implementation and providing support and experience of configuring Gainsight based on business requirements.
Preferred Experience:
• BA/BS degree
• Gainsight certified administrator
• Experience supporting Global Sales and support teams.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and leading unit testing.
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of Gainsight.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, multitasking, problem solving and collaboration skills.
• SFDC and/or Dynamics CRMs experience.
• Support business process experience.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $65.00 to $90.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
