Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company's global strategy, aligning it with the business goals and objectives
Assess market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to identify potential opportunities and risks
Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive growth and enhance the organization's competitive position
Provide strategic guidance and support to cross-functional teams in areas such as business development, product development, and marketing
Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure effective execution of strategic plans and alignment with overall organizational objectives
Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments and improvements
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as an EVP or in a similar capacity, with a strong focus on global strategy
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and profitability
Deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Experience working in a global or international business context
Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
