Job Summary:

The Vice President (VP) of Water/Wastewater Construction will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s water and wastewater construction operations. This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge to lead large-scale construction projects, drive operational excellence, and ensure that all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The VP will work closely with other executives to align the company's goals with project execution and business development strategies.

Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company’s mission and objectives in the water/wastewater construction sector.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of construction managers, project managers, engineers, and other staff.
Collaborate with the executive team to drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance market position.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all water/wastewater construction projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Implement best practices for project management, including risk management, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
Develop and manage budgets for all water/wastewater construction projects.
Monitor financial performance, control costs, and ensure profitability.
Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
