They are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager with a background in Salesforce.com administration and development to join their team. This role involves overseeing their IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of their technical systems, and contributing to their Salesforce health cloud platform's continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust technical background and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee all IT-related operations and infrastructure in Lombard, IL, ensuring optimal performance.

· Administer and develop their Salesforce health cloud platform, including customization, configuration, and maintenance.

· Collaborate with various departments to identify, design, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.

· Ensure data security, backup systems, and system redundancies.

· Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.

· Provide technical support and training to staff on new IT systems and Salesforce features.

· Stay updated with the latest in Salesforce features and IT trends, applying this knowledge to improve our systems and practices.

· Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.

· Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.

· Experience in Salesforce.com administration and development.

· Experience with Zebra Printers and ZPL is a plus.

· Familiarity with database management, network systems, and IT security.

· Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

· Strong communication and leadership abilities.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
