The Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Vice President to lead our integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, data integration, and reporting tools like Tableau. In this role, you will oversee Salesforce-related tasks, manage system integrations, support the Azure ADF pipeline, and provide leadership to junior team members. You will also be responsible for technical documentation and continuous improvement of our processes. This position is vital to ensuring seamless data flow, user productivity, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Integration Management

Lead the integration of Salesforce with external platforms such as Outlook, Zendesk, Hubspot, and Tableau.
Manage and troubleshoot integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to maintain and optimize integrations.

Data Workflow

Design, create, and maintain workflows for the Azure Data Factory (ADF) Pipeline, Snowflake is a plus
Ensure the pipeline supports data transformation and integration needs across the organization.

Tableau Reporting

Create advanced Tableau reports and visualizations to support business objectives.
Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
Lead Tableau user training and serve as the primary point of contact for reporting needs.

Team Leadership And Coaching

Mentor and coach junior staff members, providing guidance on technical and operational matters.
Ensure consistent team performance and foster a collaborative work environment.

Technical Documentation

Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all technical processes, workflows, and integrations.
Ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Salesforce and Hubspot Administration and Support

Manage Salesforce user accounts, roles, and permissions.
Generate Salesforce and Hubspot reports and dashboards for data analysis and decision-making.
Oversee the Salesforce sandbox environment and monitor user adoption and usage.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Hubspot and Salesforce.

Qualifications

Experience in Financial sector
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
10+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and integration
Expertise in Salesforce integrations with third-party applications (e.g., Outlook, Zendesk, Tableau)
Proficiency in Tableau for reporting and data visualization
Experience with SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF) and data pipeline workflows.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $150,000 - $180,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
