YOU ARE:

A licensed attorney with at least 10 years’ experience in law and in managing people.
A natural leader. You take initiative and are not afraid of difficult conversations.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD:

Lead and elevate our lawyers and participate on our Leadership Team.
Oversee attorney performance and KPIs. Ensure attorney alignment with Core Values.
Develop and enforce accountability measures.
Ensure workload is properly distributed, considering expertise and capacity.
Handle client communication and satisfaction of work product.
Assist with recruiting A-Player attorneys and staff.

Total Compensation – $200,000 - $400,000 (based on experience, book of business, and performance).
