Responsibilities:

Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
Infrastructure Management: Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
Technology Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies to optimize processes and enhance service delivery.
Information Security: Ensure robust security measures and compliance with industry standards.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing IT team.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and partners.
Budget Oversight: Develop and manage IT department budget for cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
Good understanding of Call Center Software.
3+ years in senior IT leadership role, preferably in BPO industry.
Deep understanding of BPO processes, systems, and technologies.
Expertise in IT strategy, infrastructure management, and project delivery.
Strong knowledge of information security principles and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
