Are you an outstanding software engineer who wants to help solve the climate crisis?

We're a passionate team on a mission to shift billions in retirement funds towards environmentally conscious investments, and we are searching for a founding CTO to join us as a co-founder. This is your chance to be the architect of an innovative fintech platform, build a talented engineering team, and drive real environmental impact.

The Opportunity:

Be a co-founder or "first five" hire and integral part of a high-impact climate startup.
Build a secure, scalable, and user-friendly platform for climate finance solutions.
Lead all aspects of software development, from infrastructure to deployment.
Work with climate experts to integrate relevant data and tools into the platform.
Recruit, develop, and manage a talented engineering team.

You're the Ideal Candidate if You Have:

10+ years of experience in full-stack software development, software architecture, and leadership roles.
Proven track record of building secure, high-performing cloud applications, services, and APIs.
Hands-on experience with fintech laws, regulations, and data security and privacy standards.
A passion for sustainability and a deep desire to make a positive environmental impact.

Bonus Points for:

Experience with the broader fintech stack, such as financial recordkeeping platforms.
Knowledge of climate data analysis or sustainability metrics.
A true climate warrior who is in a position to work without a salary for up to 6 months for commensurate equity while we raise seed funding.
