Equity Prime Mortgage is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Vice President of Infrastructure to join our dynamic team and lead our infrastructure initiatives.

The Vice President of Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of the company's IT infrastructure. This role requires extensive experience with Azure Cloud and a strong understanding of security practices. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects and ensuring the security, scalability, and reliability of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

· Oversee the management and optimization of cloud infrastructure, with a focus on Azure Cloud services.

· Develop and implement robust security strategies to protect the company's data and IT assets.

· Implement processes and procedures that increase cloud service reliability and continually improve SLAs.

· Deploy alerting mechanisms and real-time dashboards to monitor cloud service failures and performance and corelate the alerts.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address infrastructure needs, providing strategic direction and guidance.

· Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities of critical systems and services.

· Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of infrastructure services.

· Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial targets.

· Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously improving the company's infrastructure and security posture.

· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing infrastructure team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

· Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services.

· Ensure the security, availability, and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure.

· Manage hiring, training, and evaluating staff.

· Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

· Ensure effective disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

· Identifies, evaluates, recommends and procures information and data systems and network hardware, user hardware, and other electronic devices.

· Manages company-wide internet, intranet, networks and e-mail.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

· Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.

· Extensive experience with Azure Cloud services, including architecture, deployment, and management.

· Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including risk management, threat detection, and incident response.

· Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects and leading cross-functional teams.

· Excellent strategic planning skills and vision.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

· Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, CISSP, or similar are highly desirable.
