We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing system infrastructure, providing helpdesk support, and ensuring security and compliance. This role involves working with both internal systems and third-party platforms to optimize workflows, improve security, and support organizational growth.

Responsibilities

Maintain our Microsoft Platform (Entra ID, Intune, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Exchange Online, Office, etc..)
Remediate internal software failures and answer questions relating to software usage and errors.
Manage our website and customer forms
Ensure security and compliance
Maintain company devices as needed

Qualifications

Proven experience as a System Administrator or Architect
Expertise in Microsoft, AWS, Ubuntu Linux, and Wordpress
Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
