Job Description

Symposia is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Account Executive (AE) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by cultivating strong client relationships and securing deals.

What you'll do:

Collaborate with qualified leads to understand their needs and challenges.
Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value proposition of Symposia's solutions.
Leverage your product knowledge and negotiation skills to close sales calls and secure client agreements.
Foster long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service and ongoing support.
Meet daily touchpoints by maintaining a productive calendar and making follow-ups.
Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for clients.

You're a great fit if you have:

3+ years experience selling B2C high ticket services (experience in selling boot camps, courses, and coaching programs is a plus).
A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
Excellent relationship-building abilities and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
In-depth understanding of consultative selling methodologies.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (Hubspot, Aloware, Zoom, etc.)

8% of ARPC per quarter

On Track Earnings (OTE):

$192,000/year (commission-based)
