Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CTO to join our leadership team. The CTO will be responsible for shaping the technological direction of our company, ensuring our platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and managing tech teams in the healthcare space, developing innovative products, and driving growth through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business goals.

· Lead and manage the engineering team, including front-end and back-end developers, UI/UX designers, solution architects, and DevOps engineers.

· Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of our platform, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

· Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance product offerings and operational efficiency.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to deliver technology solutions that meet customer needs.

· Manage technology budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

· Play a key role in fundraising efforts by showcasing the company’s technological capabilities and vision to potential investors.

· Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the team.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 7+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within a startup or high-growth company.

· Strong background in software development, cloud computing, data architecture, and cybersecurity.

· Proven experience in scaling tech platforms and managing large-scale projects.

· Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and grow a high-performing tech team.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Experience with healthcare technology, regulatory compliance, and digital health is a plus.

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
