Description

This is a client support role. A typical day will be solving service requests, developing automation, optimizing processes and procedures, and expanding on your skillset. When not tending to service requests, you will work to continue to develop and build on your skills. This can mean taking on new or unfamiliar tasks or processes for a client, studying for a Kubernetes exam or acquiring additional Azure certifications. We are looking for someone with at least three years of incident management experience with an obsession with customer satisfaction. Hours:

Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm ET— weekend and night on-call once a month
Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm ET— weekend and night on-call once a month
Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm ET— weekend and night on-call once a month
Monday - Friday, 10:00am to 7:00pm ET— weekend and night on-call once a month

Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve escalated incidents, service requests and engineering assignments
Respond to client incidents in a timely manner
Identify, and develop solutions for, trends and patterns in incidents
Collaborate amongst the team during critical events
Provide top notch customer service to clients
Build automation

Skills Knowledge & Expertise

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of Azure cloud administration experience
3+ incident management experience
3+ years of system administration and networking experience
Identity/access management experience
Github experience
Terraform experience
Ticketing system experience
Linux/Windows server experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong multi-tasker
Self starter
Team player

Jira and Confluence experience
AZ-104 - Microsoft Azure Administrator certification
