We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Lead with a strong background in developing, implementing, and managing an organizations cybersecurity policies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing projects through their entire life cycle, be highly analytical, deadline-driven, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities :

Create, update, and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
Ensure policies adhere to regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) and industry best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Establish and maintain a governance framework for cybersecurity, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies and industry standards.
Lead efforts to maintain and update certification or regulatory status, as required by industry guidelines.
Conduct risk assessments and define risk mitigation strategies. Implement tools and processes to manage and reduce cybersecurity risks.
Provide strategic input on emerging risks and recommend security measures to senior leadership.
Lead initiatives to develop security awareness and training programs for all employees to ensure compliance with security policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
7+ years in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on governance, policy development, monitoring, and authentication tools.
Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent certification.
