Salary: $250,000+ (Exec. Comp. Package, based on experience)

POSITION PURPOSE

Under general supervision of the Company Chairman, and other designated officers of the Company, the Managing Director will be accountable to control and oversee all business operations, people, and ventures for Company in the Americas as well as providing global support and business development. The Managing Director is responsible for the overall strategy and success of the business by implementing mission, vision, and values that ensures the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term goals/objectives and does not diverge from its strategic guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a similar relevant field required. MBA or technical Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience: 15 years of experience in in the engineering and construction industry.

License/Certifications: None required.

Required Skills: Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, oral, and written communication skills. Capable of maintaining and growing business relationships. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills along with strategic thinking and financial acumen. Proficient in Microsoft Office Apps.

Develop and execute the company’s business strategies to deliver to the revenue and profit objectives as set by the company in line with the goals of the Board and shareholders.
Provide strategic advice to senior leadership so they will have an accurate forecast of the market and insights into the company’s future revenue pipeline.
Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement of cost-effective operations and market development activities to meet business targets.
Be the primary business development lead for the business bringing customers and project opportunities for both the Americas business as well as the Philippines module fabrication facility.
Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated throughout the company and that they are followed at all times.
Communicate and maintain trusting relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities.
Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures in alignment with delivering the company’s revenue and profit targets.
Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of managers, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in conjunction with the Chief Corporate Services Officer, in ways that strengthen its profile.
Analyze challenging situations and occurrences if and when they arise and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
Display professional behavior, strong business acumen, and maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
Perform all other duties as required and assigned.
