Position Overview:

The IT Manager will oversee the technology infrastructure that supports our projects and manage software systems integration, including Procore, Textura, and MS Teams. This role is 100% onsite, with occasional trips to project sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.
Manage software updates and oversee cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive information.
Provide training to staff on relevant tools and technologies to enhance productivity.
Collaborate with project teams to optimize technology use and improve overall efficiency.
Support the firm’s ongoing digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that our technology solutions align with business goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT management, preferably in the construction or related industry.
Strong knowledge of software systems, particularly Procore, Textura, and MS Teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technology challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
