The role:

As a Cyber Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Specialist, you will play key role in ensuring the security of critical mission systems. You will assess risks, ensure regulatory compliance and support client objectives.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct cybersecurity assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks;
Ensure compliance with NIST RMF, FISMA and department specific federal government regulations;
Lead the security certification process, including documentation and stakeholder coordination;
Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor system vulnerabilities;
Provide cybersecurity training and support incident response efforts.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance;
Bachelors or Postgraduate degree in cybersecurity or related field;
Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC) preferred;
Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks;
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills;
A current security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
