Job Title: Information Technology/Information Systems Manager

Reports To: Controller

Location: TBD (Conway, Columbia or Greenville)

Job Summary:

The IT/IS Manager is responsible for managing both hardware and software issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of all information systems. The position includes managing mobile field data systems, business intelligence systems, artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives, and the integration of data from various systems. Occasional travel to other company locations may be required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

IT Management: Oversee internal IT issues, including email, Office apps, phones, PCs, servers, and printers.
User Support: Ensure appropriate access to network resources, including VPN, shares, and printers.
Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT hardware and manage purchases.
Vendor Coordination: Work closely with external IT support and vendors for technical support.
Information Systems: Oversee programs related to field data systems, ERP, business intelligence, AI, and system integration.
Training: Train staff on both new and existing systems to ensure proper usage and optimization.

Qualifications:

Education: BS in IT/IS preferred.
Technical Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, SharePoint, 365 administration, and basic networking.
Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage projects, and a willingness to learn new software like Power BI.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to work in both independent and team settings.
