We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our client’s growing team at a prominent biotechnology company in the Bay Area. This innovative company focuses on developing advanced cell therapy solutions and is looking for a talented professional to support their end users and infrastructure team. The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, upgrading, updating, and maintaining client systems. This role also involves implementing new client systems and providing training to team members as needed. The engineer will play a key role in ensuring smooth computer operations, allowing end users to accomplish organizational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

System Design & Maintenance:
Design, upgrade, update, and maintain client systems such as Intune, Jamf, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, SharePoint, Zoom/Teams Video Conferencing Systems, Slack, O365, and Okta.
Implement new client systems and train team members on their use as needed.
End-User Support:
Provide high-level support to end users, ensuring proper computer operations and resolving help requests.
Utilize diagnostics and help request tracking tools to document and resolve issues.
Systems Administration:
Own, administer, design, deploy, and maintain client systems, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and performance.
Administer ITSM solutions, MDM solutions for both Mac and Windows, and Google Workspace integrations.
Manage and set up equipment for Zoom or other video conferencing systems.

Requirements:

10+ years of related industry experience in IT end-user support, specifically in the area of client systems implementations and administration.
Extensive experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
Prior experience administering ITSM solutions, MDM solutions for Mac and Windows, and Google Workspace integrations.
Experience using OKTA workflows and administering Azure/Teams/O365/SharePoint.
Proven experience setting up and managing Zoom or other video conferencing systems.
