What You'll Do

Manage and maintain Google Workspace and related services.
Oversee the deployment and management of end user devices (such as Macs and ChromeBooks), including software updates and security patches.
Develop and maintain Python scripts for various automation tasks and system integrations.
Implement and manage Okta workflows for user authentication and access control.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting across systems (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, etc) and operating systems (MacOS, ChromeOS, Linux, etc.)
Ensure the security and compliance of all IT systems and data.
Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
Build, deploy, and maintain Enterprise Browser technology to users and contractors.
Assist in the automating of onboarding and offboarding process of employees, ensuring proper setup and security of IT resources.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience integrating and managing enterprise systems (such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and integration tasks.
Experience with Okta or other identity management systems.
Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What Excites Us

Experience with other scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
Knowledge of network administration and cloud services.
Experience utilizing terraform to manage critical systems.
Deep experience with Okta workflows
Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and practices.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $125,000 - $150,000, a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and a broad range of other benefits and perks. Review our benefits at Hazel Health Benefits.
