Brought into Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) Product Cybersecurity Group (PCG) to build a Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS) consistent with the certified CSMS in use at Toyota Motor Company (TMC-Japan).
• Supported PCG in creation of TMNA’s CSMS “Playbook” to document TMNA processes, compare them to certified TMC processes, perform gap analyses, and improve in-Vehicle and Out-Vehicle team acceptance. Developed Playbook from strawman concepts to polished draft form.
• Organized four (4) cross-functional working groups to review TMC’s CSMS documents, offer feedback and input for the TMNA CSMS, devise questions conveyed to TMC-Japan cybersecurity teams, and review drafts of the TMNS CSMS Playbook that will be used to achieve R155 compliance in 2024.
• Leveraged expertise in cybersecurity analysis, project administration, meeting facilitation, presentation and communication, template creation and technical writing.
