Provided enterprise service management and transformation services supporting the Department for Work & Pensions UK operations in London, New Castle, Lytham St. Annes, and Belfast, North Ireland. Managed $80M operating budget, and 300 employees in operations and 50 employees working on the transformation initiative. Invited as an internal member of the DWP senior client governing board as the only external contractor on the team. Attained all service levels for 22 consecutive months and achieved “meets expectations” client satisfaction rating.
* Managed end-to-end enterprise ITIL service mgmnt transformation in a 140,000 seat environment across 6 business units and 10 service tower providers for the Department for Work & Pensions in the UK.
* Established integrated enterprise supply chain model driving common IT processes across the supply chain for all ITIL processes, back office processes, and enterprise testing capability.
* Managed compliance across DWP supply chain, including but not limited to EDS, Accenture, IBM, Fujitsu, and BT.
* Built new Operations Management Center that served as the hub of all service management activities in New Castle, UK.
* Formed and cemented team vision for the SIAM team and implemented SIAM operating model. Successfully decoupled from dependency on MYP tooling. Validated 961 invoices since Sept 2006 when transitioning to SIAM.
* Produced 100% to Point of Sale financials and 101% to revenue stretch target.
* Established capability to report End to End services availability across the top 25 applications, processed almost ½ a million service desk calls, and processed over 14,000 change requests (100% increase from previous year).
* Provided supplier mgmnt capability evaluating 126 monthly service levels across hosting, desktop, AMS, and the network towers.
*Established 18 cross-functional/multi-supplier teams of 125 individuals spanning the ISD community, and retained SIAM, outsourced SIAM, and service tower providers.
