About
Life is not about making a living, life is about discovering who we are and deciding what mark we leave upon the world when we are gone.
This is who I am and what I live by. My life's focus is on self-improvement, without that I cannot be the best father, husband, and organizational member I can be. When I am a member of a team, I am the one that people turn to. When I have team members I lead, I am the leader that is confided in and sought after for guidance and personal/professional development.
My past performances have been lauded, adopted, and shared by higher organizations and I refuse to accept myself as mediocre. I constantly seek creative and unique solutions to improve processes and standards through the use of collaboration and innovation. I am an asset wherever I am placed and will be an invaluable member to any team.
