Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior System Administrator at AvantOne. As a Senior System Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with managing and maintaining the company's systems and infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing technical support to end-users, administering network systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's information technology infrastructure. This is a remote role.

Qualifications

Strong experience in System Administration in open source based technologies such as Linux, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support for internal users.
Experience in cloud infrastructure in AWS, or similar provider.
Proven experience handling a large number of Linux servers, with Docker and Proxmox.
Proficiency in Network Administration and Information Technology
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant certifications in system administration or network administration
Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and technologies
