POSITION SUMMARY:

The EVP, People & Culture leads and drives the people strategy and culture initiatives for our portfolio of assets.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports the business goals and overall company vision.
Collaborate closely with the executive team to align people initiatives with business objectives.
Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Design and implement performance management processes that align with the company's strategic goals and foster a culture of accountability.
Coach and guide managers on effective performance feedback, goal-setting, and professional development.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization, promoting an environment that values and respects individual differences.
Collaborate with teams to develop and implement strategies in recruitment, hiring, and advancement.
Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and alignment across the organization.
Effectively communicate HR strategies, initiatives, and updates to all levels of the organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

· 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with a significant portion in leadership roles, preferably in luxury hospitality or a related industry.

· Proven track record of successfully developing and executing comprehensive people strategies that drive organizational success.

· Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, along with experience ensuring HR compliance.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.

· Demonstrated experience in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

· Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR plans.

· Outstanding leadership and team management skills.

· High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Professional certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or similar are a plus.

· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to be responsive and balance priorities, work activities and resources, in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

· Ability to listen to others and guide a team of senior leaders and many others in reaching common goals, doing so with tact, grace, and gratitude.
