POSITION SUMMARY:
The EVP, People & Culture leads and drives the people strategy and culture initiatives for our portfolio of assets.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports the business goals and overall company vision.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to align people initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Design and implement performance management processes that align with the company's strategic goals and foster a culture of accountability.
- Coach and guide managers on effective performance feedback, goal-setting, and professional development.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization, promoting an environment that values and respects individual differences.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement strategies in recruitment, hiring, and advancement.
- Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and alignment across the organization.
- Effectively communicate HR strategies, initiatives, and updates to all levels of the organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
· 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with a significant portion in leadership roles, preferably in luxury hospitality or a related industry.
· Proven track record of successfully developing and executing comprehensive people strategies that drive organizational success.
· Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, along with experience ensuring HR compliance.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
· Demonstrated experience in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR plans.
· Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
· High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Professional certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or similar are a plus.
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to be responsive and balance priorities, work activities and resources, in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
· Ability to listen to others and guide a team of senior leaders and many others in reaching common goals, doing so with tact, grace, and gratitude.
