About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and driven Vice President of Business Development & Commercial Operations to lead the company’s expansion in the United States. In this pivotal role, you will lay the foundation for the company’s market presence and growth. Initially hands-on, this position offers a clear path to evolve into the Chief Operating Officer (COO) role within a year, as the company rapidly scales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a business strategy for the Diagnostics division to drive growth and align with company objectives.
Identify and engage potential clients in the healthcare industry, including diagnostic labs, hospitals, and providers.
Led fundraising initiatives and manage investor relations to fuel the company’s expansion.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development within the biotech or healthcare industry, ideally in medical devices or Biotechnology. (10+ years)
Strong industry network and expertise in neurodegenerative disease diagnostics.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of success in growing companies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
