Additional Requirements

Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
B2+ English level

Experience:

Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Experience with performance and load testing.
4+ years of experience in QA management.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and methodologies like Six Sigma.
Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, documentation, and presentation of test results.
Familiarity with bug tracking systems for maintaining clear records of issues and resolutions.
Ability to interpret performance metrics and suggest optimizations for improving application performance and stability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement QA strategies and processes.
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
