Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- B2+ English level
Experience:
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience with performance and load testing.
- 4+ years of experience in QA management.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and methodologies like Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, documentation, and presentation of test results.
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems for maintaining clear records of issues and resolutions.
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and suggest optimizations for improving application performance and stability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
