We are hiring for a Director of DevSecOps who will be implementing security controls into our Azure SDLC and build CI/CD pipelines. This role will work closely with other technical teams to implement security and release management processes & standards. In addition to strong technical expertise, the ideal candidate will share our passion for making a difference in the lives of children with special needs, helping practices grow, and creating opportunities for ongoing professional development of team members.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead all activities of DevOps and DevSecOps
- Promote continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
- Implement and support processes for DevOps operation: Defining and setting architecture standards and principles for development, test & release, processes
- Leading company-wide cyber security compliance
- Security Incident management and root cause analysis
- SRE leadership: Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs
- Must be a good team player and ability to handle multiple projects with minimum supervision
- EstablishAzure release management standardsand coordinate automation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in DevSecOps, 4+ years of experience on Azure
- Experience with IaC tools, like Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST; HIPAA preferred.
- Experience interpreting app security assessment and penetration test findings
- Experience supporting SOC2 / HiTrust audits
- Scripting and coding in Bash, C#, Python, SQL
- Experience managing Azure security standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in designing the integration architecture for Microsoft DevOps system.
- Experience in setting up and maintaining of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes
Preferred Skills:
- Computer Science Bachelor's Degree
- CISSP, CCSK, CCSP, GSDC, GCSA, CDP
