The Impact You Will Make:
Client Success Security Analyst (CSSA) will make our clients fanaticallyhappy by providing insight and analysis into security activities, events, and services performed by Nuspire. The CSSA will work with the client and internal teams to ensure proper service delivery, education, and expertise is provided to the client. The end result is an improved client experience, client satisfaction, and client retention.
In This Role You Will:
- Host regular service review meetings with the client to review service events, tickets, alerts, and analysis of the client environment.
- Perform research into service activities, events and issues. Provide the client analysis and recommendations based on this research.
- Performing an analysis of the account, issues, and client experience.
- Review Nuspire client portal with client, perform portal training, education and best practice analysis.
- Documentation of any action items needs to assist the client.
- Regular communication with assigned clients to ensure transparency, accountability, and resolution of client issues.
- Coordination of cross functional teams to implement proactive plans for clients to ensure action items are resolved and clients are fanatically happy.
- Reporting of client events, issues, and plans into real time dashboards and reports.
- Assist in companywide dissemination of information pertaining to client health, activities, and events that impact the client experience.
- Collaboration with other CMSs to identify systemic issues that impact client success.
- Providing sales, operations, and tech services with a resource to proactively find and solve problems and increase the likelihood of service renewal
Competencies You Bring:
- Strong client communication skills
- Cross functional communication and collaboration
- Understanding of IT, networking, and network security
- Understanding of Vulnerability management tools and reports
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience with Qualys
- Network and/ or security certification (such as Net+, Security+, CEH, CISSP, CCNA)
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with Security Information Event Management (SIEM) tools
- Experience with Firewalls, EDR platforms, and other security technologies
- CISSP
