As a Member Engagement Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that OSCPA members feel valued, informed, and engaged. This dynamic position puts you at the heart of our member relations, working across multiple communication platforms to foster relationships and elevate the member experience.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll need to be detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You’ll be collaborating directly with our members, so professionalism and a personable demeanor are a must. Occasional travel and overtime will be required. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Director of Membership in the annual dues renewal process.
- Support efforts to recruit and retain OSCPA members.
- Process new membership applications and manage the weekly distribution of membership certificates.
- Co-coordinate membership events, including venue selection, catering, registration, and welcoming attendees.
- Work with the Director of Membership to plan student engagement events for college and high school members.
- Manage the OSCPA membership booth at events, ensuring promotional materials are available.
- Stay up-to-date with Society events, services, member benefits, and CPE offerings.
- Maintain accurate member records in our database.
- Provide frontline support through our First Impression Team, handling phone calls, greeting guests, and managing incoming mail.

Position Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience.
