Security Technician
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled
Security Technician to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain security and low-voltage systems, including the necessary cabling.
- Collaborate closely with the team leader to ensure adherence to the project management plan and its successful execution.
- Support the team leader by following their guidance to complete projects within the designated timeline and budget.
- Adhere to safety protocols and promptly report any incidents.
- Maintain transparency with the project manager with respect to project status, needs, expectations, and details.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ Years of relevant experience in the low-voltage or security field, including roles such as installation of Access Control, Video, and Intrusion Detection Systems, system design, or installation of other low-voltage systems and components.
- Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel minimum 50% of the time.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Ability to understand and analyze blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience configuring and operating video surveillance, access control, and security systems.
- Understanding of cable infrastructure and its installation
