We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to lead a Window Solutions Division. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Window Solutions will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the division’s operations, including strategic planning, product development, sales and marketing, and team management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the window manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expansion of the Window Solutions Division.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Set divisional goals and objectives in alignment with the company’s overall mission and vision.
- Product Development:
- Lead the development of innovative window products that meet the evolving needs of customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to bring new products to market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and customer preferences.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling messaging and promotional materials.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee all aspects of divisional operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics.
- Implement best practices to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of professionals.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to divisional staff.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the window manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
