POSITION TITLE: Vice President of Sales
REPORTS TO TITLE: Chief Executive Officer
GENERAL FUNCTION
Reporting to the company CEO, this position is responsible for the overall Sales efforts of ELEMENTIA’s Fiber Cement business (Three brands - Allura, Plycem, Maxitile). This individual will develop and manage the Four P’s (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion) for ELEMENTIA working closely with the ELEMENTIA business management team and especially with Director of Plant Operations and the sales Group. This position is directly responsible for leading managers of the division and indirectly responsible for all employees within the division.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Actively work with the Allura Sales team to:
· Develop & Implement the overall ELEMENTIA-Market Strategies and plans.
· Develop “real-time” demand forecast model.
· Manage pricing across the country.
· Manage rebate and promotional programs per customer.
· Ensure customer loyalty.
· Understand “voice of the customer” and quality expectations.
· Understand competitor strengths and weaknesses.
· Deliver annual Revenue and gross margin budgets.
· Provide leadership and direction to ELEMENTIA-Sales and Marketing organization.
· Develop and Implement Market Plans to penetrate alternative channels.

· Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
· Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives, and meets organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with VP of marketing.
· Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.
· Implements approved distribution strategies.
· Manages multiple channel selling strategies.
· Builds, develops, and manages sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
