The Amazon Specialist is crucial in supporting and optimizing our presence on the Amazon marketplace. As an Amazon Specialist, your responsibilities will include managing product listings, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies, monitoring account health, and creating and managing Amazon PPC ads. You will be able to work closely with our accounts to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement in our Amazon business. Experience with TikTok Store and social media marketing is a plus.
Our company offers a part-time role consisting of 3 days a week, each day being 7 hours long. The pay for this role ranges from $25 to $50 per hour, depending on experience, and there is potential for advancement. Performance-based bonuses will be provided to meet Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) targets for PPC ads. This position is on a contract basis.
The role is a customer-facing position that involves interacting with customers and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. Regular in-person meetings with Platform Expert Management will be conducted. Applicants must be based in the Charlotte, NC area. Local candidates only, please.
Responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Create and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to Amazon's guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits of product listings to identify and rectify any issues.
- Research and implement keyword strategies to improve product discoverability.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics (e.g., sales, reviews, conversion rates) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Account Management:
- Monitor account health and address any potential policy violations or account health warnings promptly.
- Stay up-to-date on Amazon's ever-evolving policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g., customer service, and marketing) to resolve any customer issues related to Amazon orders.
Campaign Management:
- Conduct thorough keyword research using relevant tools and competitor analysis to identify high-volume, targeted keywords.
- Develop and execute comprehensive PPC campaigns across various Amazon Advertising platforms (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands).
- Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing bids and placements to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
- A/B tests different ad variations and landing pages to identify the best-performing options.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate regular and insightful reports detailing campaign performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions, ACOS).
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in Amazon PPC advertising.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably on Amazon Advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of PPC concepts, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and its functionalities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
