Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at the Cybersecurity Institute at Lab Four. The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates interested in the cybersecurity field. Daily tasks include reviewing resumes, conducting student interviews, coordinating student enrollments, and maintaining enrollment databases.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Knowledge of cybersecurity industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate fit
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Background in sales or sales related field
- Comfortable with cold-calling
