Job Title: Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist - Saviynt Focus
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior IAM Specialist with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of Identity and Access Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirement gathering, solution design, and project leadership, and a minimum of 5-6 years of expertise in the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Lead and Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to identity and access management solutions. Translate business needs into technical requirements and design specifications.
- Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of IAM solutions, leveraging industry best practices and standards. Develop comprehensive solution architectures that address complex business challenges and align with organizational goals.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical lead on IAM projects, providing guidance and direction to project teams. Mentor junior team members and share expertise in IAM technologies and methodologies.
- Saviynt IGA Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge and experience with the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration platform to architect and implement IAM solutions. Design and configure Saviynt modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Project Management: Work with Project managers from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Integration and Deployment: Manage the integration of IAM solutions with existing systems, applications, and infrastructure components. Oversee deployment activities and ensure a smooth transition to production environments.
- Presales and Solution Building: Provide support for presales activities by assisting with solution building, including product demos, presentations, and technical discussions with prospective clients. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling IAM solutions tailored to client needs.
- Assist in the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) by providing technical expertise, and solution insights, and contributing to the overall proposal strategy. Ensure that RFP responses are comprehensive, accurate, and aligned with client requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on requirement gathering, solution design, and project leadership.
- Extensive hands-on experience (minimum 5 years) with the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, including implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including access control, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading IAM projects from conception to delivery, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Saviynt certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
Location: This position is based in the United States, with onshore work requirements. Remote work flexibility may be considered based on candidate qualifications and project needs.
