We are a managed services provider looking for an Account Manager to manage client accounts. This will be the go-to person for the client. This role is 60% sales and customer service and 40% technical. They will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for meeting with them on a regular basis to review service performance, gather feedback, anticipate client needs, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The end goal is to simultaneously improve the client’s technology whilst increasing revenue. A true win win.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in account management or sales, preferably in the IT services or MSP industry.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- One or more industry certifications, such as A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certs or similar certifications are a plus.
- Ability to perform public speaking and presentations.
- Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate recording of notes.
- Proficient at using Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
DETAILS ON THE POSITION:
- Job opening is available immediately
- Full time position (Hours of operation: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday)
- Pay starts between $50K and $60K base (depending on experience) plus variable commission. Total compensation is expected to be between $65 and $100K.
