Position Overview: We're looking for an experienced sales person to grow and lead our sales team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for building a sales team from the ground up but also for closing a large amount of business yourself over the short-term. We expect you to develop a robust pipeline, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with management to develop a successful sales campaign.
- Hire appropriately
- Work with marketing closely to enhance success
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to achieve revenue targets
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals
- Establish relationships with key decision makers in target companies
- Articulate our value proposition to potential clients and address their specific security needs
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to align sales efforts with product capabilities
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and company strategy
- Set up and manage CRM and other sales tools to support efficient sales operations
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS cybersecurity
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in building sales processes and pipelines from scratch
- Strong understanding of the DAST market and broader application security landscape
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self Motivated with the ability to work independently in a startup environment
- Strategic thinker with a long term vision for sales growth
- Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
