As the Head of Business Development for our client, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business development initiatives and driving growth for the company. This is a senior-level position where you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the client base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential market shifts and opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team regarding business development activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
